The Integrity Enhancement Course, UM Free from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) at Universiti Malaya. What is the role of UM citizens?. This course was organized by the Human Talent Development Division, Human Resource Department in collaboration with the Integrity Unit on April 12, 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Mohamad Nazreen Abd Razak, Assistant Registrar.

Course Objectives:

(a) Interpret the definition and form of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (EPGS) behaviours in the workplace.
(b) List the effects, prevention steps, and prevention programs that organizations can implement to prevent EPGS incidents in the workplace.
(c) Provide participants with an understanding of the of Code of Free Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) at Universiti Malaya (UM).
(d) Explain the procedures for handling EPGS cases in the workplace based on relevant regulations.
(e) Cultivate UM citizens who are responsible for ensuring that UM is free from EPGS threats.
